5000 VOLT JUICE!
This is a recipe I first saw a couple years ago on Plott's Health Channel. It is a juice that I make regularly and is a part of my (mostly) raw food diet and a staple when I’m juice feasting. It has a kick to it, but it very clean and refreshing, but also very filling. It will make about 32 ounces of juice and is loaded with vitamins. It is a great meal replacement and will give you lots of energy.

It has a kick to it, but it very clean and refreshing, but also very filling. It will make about 32 ounces of juice and is loaded with vitamins. It is a great meal replacement and will give you lots of energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper, seeded
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 JalapeƱo Pepper, seeded (or other small hot pepper)
- 4 Oranges (or enough to yield about 2 cups of juice)
Instructions:
- Clean and chop all vegetables and fruit. Remove orange peels and seed the peppers.
- Put all ingredients in juicer (or blend and then run through nut milk bag if no juicer is available).
- Strain through nut milk bag if juice it too pulpy.
- Drink and enjoy!
